At Events Framer, we understand that plans can change, and unforeseen situations may arise. That's why we have a clear and fair cancellation and refund policy in place for all our services, including balloon decoration, flower setups, lighting, DJ sound, magic shows, and mehendi/tattoo design.
For any confirmed booking, a minimum 50% advance payment is required to reserve the date and allocate resources. If a client needs to cancel the booking, they must inform us as early as possible.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event are eligible for a 70% refund of the advance payment. This allows us time to reassign resources or make adjustments. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours , no refund will be provided, as most preparations and manpower arrangements would have already been made.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Rescheduling is allowed without penalty if informed at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
Please note, in cases where customized items (such as name boards or printed decor) have already been produced, the cost of those items will be deducted from the refundable amount, even if the cancellation is made in time.
